The reception of a monthly newsletter with support on how to best use the tool, including pre-set data and scenarios, and specific in depth explanation of the tool’s architecture and design.
The possibility to participate in a series of workshops with the aim to present the tool and gather feedback needed to fine-tune the tool as much as possible to your needs.
The possibility to participate in specific MICATool training sessions.
The possibility to request tailored and personalised training sessions.
